Q: Is Brave Heart Seniors licensed and insured?

A: Yes. We hold our Massachusetts Homemaker-Companion Agency (HCA) Registration and carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. All caregivers are background-checked before entering any client's home.

Q: What if we don't click with our caregiver?

A: We'll work with you to find a better match. No questions asked. Your comfort and trust come first, always.

Q: Do you offer services on evenings and weekends?

A: Yes. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We even offer 24/7 care! Weekend and holiday rates may apply.

Q: How quickly can care start?

A: In many cases, we can begin care within a few days of your consultation, depending on scheduling and care plan needs.

Q: Do you serve veterans?

A: Yes. We proudly serve veterans and their families. Some veterans may be eligible for home care benefits through the VA — we're happy to help you explore those options during your consultation.
